About me and my 
therapy practice

I’m a qualified and experienced integrative therapist with a Master’s in Education with Psychology and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. I have experience running a private practice and working across diverse mental health settings, including the NHS IAPT services, supporting individuals navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including those facing complex personal, relational, and social difficulties. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and respect. I believe therapy offers a unique space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgement.

Practice description

I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where we can slow things down and explore what’s been weighing on you, at your pace, in your way. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and less alone with whatever you’re carrying.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, as well as ADHD and OCD-related difficulties. I also support individuals and couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or disconnection, helping them make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and discover new ways of relating and communicating.

As an integrative therapist, I tailor therapy to you as a unique person rather than applying a fixed formula. Drawing from a range of therapeutic perspectives, we can gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, uncover what may be holding you back, and develop greater self-understanding and compassion.

Together, we can work towards building the clarity, resilience, and inner steadiness needed to move forward, towards a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and meaningful to you.
